How to install or flash CF-Root 6.4:
Important: This method is only compatible with Galaxy S3 GT-I9300.
Run Odin v1.85
Brand PDA field and find the file CF-Root-SGS3-v6.4.tar which is the file to decompress it CF-Root-SGS3-v6.4.zip.
Put your download mode GT-I9300 Galaxy S3 : Turn off your device and press the Volume key down + Home + Power (if it asks you to press a particular key to continue, press that key).
Connect your device to your computer via USB.

If you have Android 4.1.1 or 4.1.2:

Turn off your Galaxy S3 and press Vol + + Home + Power and select install from sd card and find the file. zip you go to flash only root or root with busybox, reboot your smartphone.
